Highlights
- Hybrid training performance Built specifically for modern hybrid training, the Cloud X Tempo balances the smooth ride of a running shoe with the planted feel you want for strength work and circuits. Helion superfoam and CloudTec cushioning absorb impact during fast cardio, while the flatter, stable platform supports loaded squats, box jumps, and intense lateral drills without feeling mushy or wobbly under pressure.
- Helion superfoam & CloudTec At the core sits a custom‑calibrated Helion superfoam midsole wrapped in On’s signature CloudTec geometry, turning landings into soft, controlled touchdowns and rebounds into efficient energy return. The dual‑density setup keeps the top layer plush and the base durable, so you get cushioned comfort, reliable shock absorption, and long‑lasting resilience through endless intervals, circuits, and tempo runs.
- High‑tenacity mesh lockdown The upper uses high‑tenacity, tri‑color engineered mesh that’s both breathable and tough enough for hard gym floors and high‑tempo moves. A lacing cage and cupped heel create a secure, distraction‑free lockdown, while the soft knit tongue smooths out pressure across the top of your foot. Underneath, a durable rubber outsole grips during rapid stops, pivots, and side‑to‑side cuts.
