Cash on Delivery Policy

COD eligibility depends on the product, order value and delivery PIN code. Use the payment options actually offered at checkout; some items are prepaid only.

Advance and balance

A partial advance may be required for high-value or sourced items. It counts towards your order total. The remaining balance must be paid to the courier before handover, using the payment methods the courier offers.

We may verify orders before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled. Exchange requests can begin after delivery and full payment and follow our returns policy.

Refused deliveries

Repeated refusal or non-payment may restrict future COD access. Applicable shipping costs and any expressly disclosed non-refundable reservation advance may be retained, subject to law and the order terms.
