These terms apply to purchases and use of offmarc.com. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.

Products and orders

Products are subject to availability. Images and screen colours may differ. Prices are in INR, with applicable taxes included unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors before confirmation. Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs on dispatch. Orders cancelled by us for stock, pricing or verification issues are refunded.

Payments and returns

Payment is processed through third-party providers. Our shipping, COD and returns policies also apply.

Responsible use

Do not misuse accounts, commit fraud, upload malicious code, infringe rights or attempt unauthorised access. Branding and content remain protected by their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Indian law applies. The version applicable when an order is placed governs that order.
