Highlights
- Get A Grip Support Designed to boost your workout when the bar starts feeling like sandpaper, the Figure 8 Lifting Straps lock you into pulls so your grip stops quitting before your muscles do. Durable polyester construction keeps the loop solid under load, while the figure-eight setup anchors you directly to the bar, perfect for deadlifts, rows, and heavy pulling sessions where you’re chasing bigger numbers.
- Reduced Grip Fatigue Comfort Grip fatigue is the enemy of extra reps, so Gymshark built these straps to take the pressure off your fingers and forearms while you lift. The figure 8 design shifts the load into the strap, giving your hands a break and your back more work. Wrist padding softens that contact point, keeping the setup comfortable enough for high-volume sets without shredding your skin or focus.
- One Size, Easy Essentials No overthinking sizing charts here: one size is built to handle most lifters, making these straps an easy throw-in-your-gym-bag essential. Each pack includes a pair, so you’re covered for both wrists from day one. Lightweight, low-fuss and built from 100% polyester, they’re ready for regular training abuse, from powerlifting-style deadlifts to heavy barbell rows in your weekly pull day rotation.
