Highlights
- Glute-sculpting bum scrunch The Interval High Leg Shorts come with a glute-sculpting bum scrunch that adds instant visual lift where you want it most. Ribbed contouring lines trace and highlight your natural curves, creating a body-contouring effect without feeling restrictive. It is engineered to flatter from every angle, so when you drop into squats or lunges, your shorts keep your shape looking sharp and confident.
- High-stretch squat-ready fabric Built from a supportive, stretchy blend of nylon, polyester and elastane, the fabric moves like a second skin through sprints, lifts and plyo work. It offers enough coverage for dynamic training, with Gymshark recommending nude underwear for lighter, brighter shades like Electric Pink. The material flexes easily but bounces back, so your shorts keep their shape as you stack sets, intervals and personal bests.
- Stay-put seamless waistband and hems A high-rise, stay-put waistband is designed to sit comfortably without digging, rolling or sliding during high-intensity sessions. Seamless construction reduces irritation, while hems are crafted to hold their position so you are not constantly tugging your shorts mid-workout. The result is a distraction-free fit that lets you focus entirely on performance, whether you are lifting heavy or chasing speed.
