- Brand: Hourglass
- Collection: Hourglass Phantom Balms
- Style code: H325210001
Highlights
- 3-in-1 Hybrid, Gloss-Balm Formula Built like a multitasker, Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm hydrates like a lip balm, plumps for fuller-looking lips, and throws down the high-shine payoff of a gloss in one swipe. The twist-up bullet looks like lipstick, but once it hits your lips the texture melts into a juicy, lacquered finish that’s comfortable, non-sticky, and easy to layer from sheer tint to bold, event-ready impact.
- Hydrating, Conditioning Ingredients Under the shine, the formula is packed with nourishing ingredients like mango seed butter, avocado oil, shea butter, and argan oil to soften and condition. They wrap lips in moisture so they feel instantly hydrated and stay smooth through the day. It’s the kind of plush, cushy hydration that makes you reach for it on bare-face days and still trust it under liner for a more polished look.
- Deep Red, Full-Bodied Color Impulse 130 is a deep red shade that hits that sweet spot between bold and wearable. You get sheer-but-buildable pigment that can pass for a soft flush or be dialed up into a glossy statement lip. The color payoff feels more modern than classic lipstick red, with that mirrored shine that catches light and makes lips look naturally fuller, like you just leveled up your everyday lip game.
Fit: Fits True to Size. Recommended to go with your true size.
