Highlights
- Maximum cushioned trail comfort CloudTec Phase cushioning runs the length of the midsole, creating a soft, rolling ride that keeps hiking days feeling surprisingly civilized. Helion superfoam stacks underfoot for plush impact protection without turning the shoe into a brick. The result is that sweet spot: enough cushion for long treks, still responsive enough to feel locked into the trail.
- Missiongrip outsole traction The rubberized Missiongrip outsole is built to stay planted when the terrain gets sketchy. Multi-directional lugs bite into dirt, gravel, and light mud, keeping you upright on climbs, descents, and loose switchbacks. That grip shows up on slick city sidewalks too, making the Cloudhorizon 2 a low-key daily driver when you’re off the mountain.
- Durable, protective upper design A padded, breathable upper wraps your foot with hiking-specific toe protection, so stray rocks and roots become minor annoyances instead of trip-enders. Lightweight recycled polyester keeps weight down but durability high, while the low padded collar and secure lacing dial in a locked fit. It feels trail-ready but still streamlined enough for everyday wear.
